First Chilean Miner Rescued
The first of thirty-three trapped Chilean Miners has reached the surface. I'm glued to the TV. Have already shed tears. Goose bumps cover my body. After 68 days and watching at least one update nearly every day, I am completely drawn into the story. I can not imagine the feelings the miners, family, friends, co-workers, rescuers and Chileans must have experienced over the past two months and now the joy that must be rising. I imagine I will watch a lot of TV with millions of people around the world for the next 24-48 hours.
