This is may be perfect confirmation of how cold it is going to be in Iowa this week.... the University of Iowa is cancelling classes from 5:00 pm on Tuesday until 12:00 pm on Thursday. I remember one cancelled day in 1994 because of ice and one in 2008 because of cold.
