Last night, Pierce's flag football team lost their game in bracket play. I missed the game as all three boys played and I went first to Graham at Liberty High School (fun change for the 7th grade team) and then on to Davenport to watch Max.
The Texans played hard and Pierce had a reception from Emerson for a touchdown. They just couldn't beat the stronger Bills team (filled with some Van Allen friends!).
You had some awesome plays - one game with three touch downs, another where you threw for three touchdowns, multiple games with one of those or both, hustle to pull flags - and yes, you threw a couple of interceptions. I'm proud of your season.
So here's to what was a rainy, wet, every changing, hard fought and well learned season.
